Orígenes de Internet en Argentina: Segunda Parte. Un testimonio de Julián Dunayevich, Nicolas Baumgarten y Mauricio Fernández

In this article, Julián Dunayevich, Nicolás Baumgarten and Mauricio Fernández chronicle the events that occurred during the second stage of development of academic networks in Argentina. After the University of Buenos Aires created the Center for Scientific Communication Julián, Nicolás and Mauricio continued their work with the Ministry of Education. There, they helped to build RIU, the Network for University Inter-Connection, a nationwide academic system that connects all universities with each other and to the Internet. Después de que la Universidad de buenos Aires creó el Centro de Comunicación Científica Julián, Nicolás y Mauricio continuaron su trabajo en el Ministerio de Educación. Allí, ayudaron a construir la RIU, la Red de Interconexión Universitaria, un sistema académico nacional que conecta a todas las universidades entre sí y con Internet.
